This project was designed as an integrated multi-role platform for doctor, secretary, patient, and a Mastermind command panel. The product scope expanded from scheduling and records to finance, inventory, loyalty, analytics, and SMS automation.

The platform was structured as modular capabilities to keep daily operations stable while enabling future growth without major rewrites.
